Chalgrave Sports Club operates through the goodwill of a team of local volunteers who dedicate their time to assist the club and its members. The executive committee is a diverse group of individuals with a broad range of skills and sports experience, offering guidance and information to those interested in joining any of our events or activities. The executive committee comprises paying members who also pay the same member rate for any merchandise, events, or activities they participate in, regardless of their involvement in organising those events. The executive committee abides by the conditions laid down by the club constitution.

The club’s AGM usually takes place in April, with advance notification of the date publicised to members and guests, all of whom are welcome to attend.

As the club grows we would also like to have a sub-committee of enthusiastic people or sports leaders who are interested in starting up, and running specific sporting disciplines, or in mentoring those who need help and support.
