Minutes of a meeting of the team captains held 15th March 2006 at The Plough Inn, Wingfield

Road Runners have obtained use of pitch at Totternhoe, initially on 2 nd, 9 th and 16 th July (Sundays) cost £50 – use as supplement to Chalgrave.
Bar and sandwiches available
RM to approach Plough for possible refreshments
Build in use of Totternhoe on fixture list Action JM
Unlikely to have Rugby Club in the league this season
Road Runners happy to play occasional Saturday
Suggest build in fixture list some Saturdays and some evenings in case of postponement
£50 lost equipment deposit per team at start of season agreed . Refund or roll-over unspent balance at end of season Action TC
List of equipment to be pinned up in clubhouse. Captains to check
Games to start at 2.30pm sharp
Break of 20 mins suggested between innings for refreshments

Chalgrave AGM – Wednesday 12 th April. 8.00pm at The Plough
League ‘Select 11’ to be formed to play Kensworth on 6 th Aug and Totternhoe on 13 th August
